Our Pop Up Tent thrives in remote locations where permanent tents aren’t required. This quick accommodation solution treats guests to a high level of comfort, at half the investment cost of a permanent tent structure.
As a solutions-driven company, we’re excited to showcase our portable pop-up tent. A first for Eco Structures, the instant Tent in a Box is an innovative design that mobilises our luxury eco-tents and helps tourism operators drive demand during low-to-peak seasons.

Permanent tents aren’t required, which means a quick accommodation solution can be provided.
Installation of our Pop Up Tents takes on average 8 hours, with an extensive how-to guide for you to follow.
The ability to charge a higher nightly rate than other accommodation options ensures a faster return on investment.
Our Pop Up Tents are the complete system. As they include the flooring system and decking, there is no need to find an alternative solution.

Each Eco Tent comes with install drawings, so it can be put together a bit like a flat pack. Providing you have knowledge about tools and building, most people will be able to install the tent themselves.
We are also able to work together with our clients to assist in finding installation partners. We work with installation partners that are regionally responsive, cost-effective, quality driven and tailored to each client’s needs.

Installation of our Pop-up Eco Tents take 8 hours on average. We will provide an extensive installation guide with easy-to-follow instructions.
If you need assistance with installation, our experienced team are on hand to answer any queries you may have.
Our lead time is 90-120 days to manufacture, 4 weeks to shipping, and 2-4 days to install.
We supply ply wood flooring as standard, however you may choose to vinyl, tile or deck the floor.
The site chosen for install must be a level site. Each footing at the base has 100mm of adjustment in the event of a slightly unlevel site.
The maintenance required for Glamping Tents is minimal. Store bought products can be used to clean any marks.
We offer replacement canvas panels, decking and roof flys for when there is a need. Just remove the current panel or part and replace with a new panel.
A double or queen sized bed can fit perfectly. The distance from the back wall to the pole is 2200mm (90.5 inches).
Our Glamping Tents can be heated or cooled with split system air conditioning, or a fireplace for the cooler climates.
The pop-up is rated to 100km/hr winds. When winds are expected to be higher than this, it is advised to dismantle the pop-up as warranty is removed.
Our tents have a hot dipped galvanised structural steel frame with 15 years warranty.
