To ensure our solution offers unsurpassed asset value enhancement, we’ll work through your budget requirements in detail and develop a price proposal for your consideration.

We have a thorough understanding of the compliance requirements for the various types of applications of our product. Therefore, we can provide you with preliminary advice or manage the complex council approvals process on your behalf, allowing you to focus on the overall project and/or the operation of your existing facility.

Our internal design team and sales assistants are dedicated to guiding you through the selection of specifications and finishing touches for your tent. They offer expertise in providing detailed floor plans, elevations, and basic 3D renderings to help you visualise and refine your project effectively.

Once the architectural drawings and specifications are signed, we will proceed with final engineering and manufacturing drawings. Our Freight & Logistics team will keep you updated via emails and phone calls throughout this process.

Due to the modular nature of our system, components can be delivered from stock or rapidly fabricated by our tried and tested suppliers. This allows overall delivery of the product within approximately 90-120 from the approval of design drawings.

Once your flat pack tent parts are delivered to the site, installation can commence.

We provide significant after sales support to our clients in the following ways: We can put you in contact with local installers who can erect the products in accordance with our instructions, we have experienced trainers who can assist you with the installation process, and where necessary we can provide full supervision of the installation process.
