Inverloch Big 4 Holiday Park customised a range of 6.3m Deluxe Eco Tents, working out to $45,395 each. With each tent generating $32,000 in the 2016-17 financial year, they have paid off their investment in just the second year of booking.
The Eco Tents have brought a new dimension of accommodation to our family orientated Holiday Park. We have had them occupied for 38% of this financial year and they have each earned more than our budget end cabins.
Families who have never camped in a tent love staying in them as they can experience a tent environment without having to bring their own camping gear. We find that by having them air-conditioned with reverse cycle systems means that they are not too hot or too cold to stay in. The ensuites we installed ensure that the camping experience is truly a ‘glamping’ one.
