The destination

Banubanu Wilderness Retreat is located on Bremer Island, which is located 20 kilometres north of Gove Airport in North East Arnhem Land in the Northern Territory.

The solution

Eco Structures worked with Trevor to enable him to increase his room numbers bringing Banubanu to a new level, whilst keeping in theme of providing his clients with a truly remote area experience.
Three Eco Structures were originally supplied with 4.2 metre floor space and additional decks for customizing of ensuites. In 2019 three more deluxe Eco Tents were supplied, two of which have been linked together.

We used Eco Structures Australia for our new 3 luxury ensuite tents near our beach at Banubanu Wilderness Retreat in 2016. We felt that the Eco-Structures system suited our needs with its flexibility for customisation. Our ensuites were built as solid units onto the rear decks to give us wet season protection for the tents furniture. Being in a remote location Eco Structures one-off pricing allowed us a great deal of control over our development costs. Having these new tents has been a game changer for our business, bringing us to a new level.
